- FREE sports physicals during the week of May 19-23 (0)
The Wellness Center is offering FREE sports physicals during the week of May 19-23 to any athlete that is planning to participate in sports during SY 2008-09. Athletes must have a sports physical on file prior to participating in any sport. Students should register with Coach Raines by May 16 to be eligible for the physical. Two forms must be completed and brought the day of their physical to the Wellness Center: a completed VHSL Physical Form and a completed form from the Wellness Center. See Coach Raines for these forms.
